Along with @stephenfry I’ve joined cancer survivors telling their story as part of the new @nhsengland campaign encouraging people with potential cancer symptoms or to encourage a loved one to speak to see their GP. It’s probably nothing serious, but early diagnosis makes it more treatable #cancersupport

During this oesophageal cancer awareness month, I’ve shared my personal story of diagnosis, treatment and recovery with the Daily Express/ Mirror this week to raise awareness. You can read the article here.

Back in March I gave a talk at the @eoeCancerAlliance cancer patients event about my own cancer journey and how I believe in the holistic treatment of patients as well as the medical treatment of the disease.

It’s been four years since my diagnosis of an aggressive cancer. Early detection can save lives.

I am raising awareness of Bowel Cancer UK’s ‘Colonoscopy confidence’ campaign due to low uptake of this procedure to detect early signs and prevent cancer. Please share widely to support this Campaign.

I would like to share an interview with Eye Hope Canada who are reaching out to families and children affected by cancer. Vanessa Mac, the young director is a dedicated and an inspiring person to promote awareness.
